Need to re-evaluate the contents of [[plugins/goodstuff]] based on external dependencies.

* Possibly drop [[plugins/img]] due to PerlMagick dependency, and [[plugins/otl]] due to vimoutliner dependency.
* Possibly add [[plugins/favicon]], [[plugins/more]], and [[plugins/table]] due to lack of external dependencies.
