Add VarParseNumFromStr()/VarNumFromParseNum(), use them for
conversions.
VariantInit(): Only touch V_VT field.
VariantClear(): Support IRecordInfo, don't free null bstrs.
Add support for upcoming vtypes, remove dead code, docs.
