Standard dialog boxes resources and OLE strings are now in cp1251 encoding
Font mapper does not anymore use fonts in -koi8-r encoding
Font mapper now recognises fonts in -windows-* encodings (these are
provided by xfstt TrueType server)
Font mapper now sees max 16384 fonts (was 2048)
