Commented out 2 types used by de(neo)

It seems X has a limit on total number of types. When this limit is
passed, X server crashes at startup.

If someone needs these 2 types - you can locally comment out some other
types. Trying to resolve the issue with Xorg people

uk(dvorak) includes us(dvorak-alt-intl)

The old us(dvorak-intl) which uk(dvorak) was based on has been renamed to
us(dvorak-alt-intl). This restores the uk(dvorak) as it previeusly was.

The dvorak-intl variant for the us layout has an identical per-key mapping to the us(intl) aka "I just swapped my keys over."

Renamed us dvorak-intl to dvorak-alt-intl, following the same logics as regular qwerty with respect to dead keys.

make keys e,j,n 4-levelled

All keys in that layout have automatically assigned type
FOUR_LEVELS_SEMIALPHABETIC. Those 3 keys had type ALPHABETIC. That
caused troubles for people who want to define 3rd, 4th levels for them.

There is no need to specify or change directory. The xkbcomp command
is invoked in the build directory where the rule file is included.

It is a US Dvorak layout with the CZ accented characters accessible using
AltGr under the appropriate keys (eg. AltGr+a => aacute, etc.).

As an interim measure, replace AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([dist-bzip2]) with
AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([foreign dist-bzip2]). This will prevent the generation
of the INSTALL file. It is also part of the 24206 solution.
