[ikiwiki] / doc / todo / wikilink_titles.mdwn

If a wikilink does not show the name of the page, because it's been
overridden to show something else, it could put a title="pagename" in the
link. This way users mousing over the wikilink would get a nice tooltip
with some extra info.
