  10 This distribution is partially a subset of the TeX Live distribution,
  11 hence the peculiar directory layout.

  13 All source code is in the directory src; the script build.sh will
  14 generate and populate a directory named build, the script build.cross
  15 will generate and populate a directory named build-win (this assumes
  16 you are on linux and have a cross-compiling mingw32 installed).

  18 Make sure you have access to the command "ctangle" from the
  19 commandline, and install it (e.g. from TEXLIVE) if necessary. Then
  20 try to run the script build.sh from this top-level directory.

  22 If it succeeds, you will end up with the executable "mpost" in
  23 build/texk/web2c/mpdir. If it doesn't, feel free to email questions
  24 to mp-implementors@tug.org. To install, simply copy the executable
  25 to somewhere in your path.

  27 For now, the executable still contains a statically linked libmplib.
