update the manpage

Describe all the options supported, including: --dryrun, -display,
--q1, --q12, and --rate for 1.1
Describe all short and long version of the option.
Use the usual man style for the option arugments.
Move the four --*mode options out of the output section as they are
independant of an output.
Mention cvt for computing modelines.
Gives some examples.
